City Health Evidence Finder is a public beta interface for exploring city health initiatives. It is designed as a lean technical beta: searchable evidence first, not a full agency marketing site.

The private evidence database is maintained elsewhere. This site only publishes selected public fields from a cleaned CSV export into Cloudflare D1, with a Pages front end and OpenStreetMap map.
